Simply Groups have a 'trust account' for our group clients' monies that is overseen by an independent firm of solicitors. In the event of the company failure, the money held in this trust account would be administered by the solicitors and returned to the group organiser to be distributed to their group.

We do not have access to this money until the return of the tour except in exceptional circumstances where some elements of your package may need pre-paying.
