Flight options also available ALSACE CHRISTMAS MARKETS HOTEL SHIP Day 1 Board your Croisi river cruiser in Strasbourg  where you have time to settle in before meeting the crew with a welcome drink before dinner. Day 2 After breakfast you depart by coach for the stunningly beautiful town of Colmar accompanied by your Croisi representative. En-route to Colmar the coach will take you along the ‘wines road’ through quaint old villages. You will stop at a local wine cellar for a visit and tasting before arriving in one of the Alsace’s most attractive towns, Colmar, which they decorate in Christmas regalia, creating a wonderful festive atmosphere. The afternoon is at your leisure to explore this pretty town. With time for shopping at the Christmas market.and shop in the beautiful Christmas market. You will return to Strasbourg where dinner will be served on board. Day 3 After breakfast you will depart by coach, accompanied by your Croisi representative for a sightseeing tour of the city of S trasbourg. The entire city, especially its shops are decorated for Christmas and there is a wonderful, warm, friendly festive atmosphere. You can spend the afternoon and early evening at the Christmas markets on the Broglie Place, Cathedral Square and in the Petite France district. Dinner will be served on board after which you can return to the festive atmosphere in the city with its illuminations. Day 4 After breakfast you will disembark for the transfer to your connection for the return journey to the UK..
ALSACE & THE BLACK FOREST CHRISTMAS MARKETS CRUISE Day 1 On boarding your Croisi river cruiser in Strasbourg, you have time to settle in before meeting the crew at the welcome meeting.which includes a free drink before dinner. Day 2 Casting off this morning you can relax after breakfast and watch the world go by and enjoy the on board entertainment as you cruise to Vieux-Brisach, where you arrive in time for lunch. You will travel by coach accompanied by your Croisi representative to the magnificent town of Colmar where you are free to enjoy the delightfully decorated shops, buildings and market stalls. En-route back to the ship, via the wine route, we stop at a wine cellar to enjoy a tasting. Dinner on board with a festive atmosphere. Day 3 After breakfast you will depart by coach for Freiburg, the capital of the Black Forest for a tour of the city with your Croisi representative. You will have time to relax and enjoy the wonderful Christmas market, in front of the City Hall. You will have time for lunch before we depart for Hollental (Valley of Hell!!), Titisee, Furtwangen and Triberg, which are worldwide renowned centres of the clock making industry. En-route we will stop to admire one of the world’s largest Cuckoo clocks before a visit to an authentic Cuckoo clock workshop. We continue to Wolfach where we visit the Dorotheenhutte, a vast site where there are many glassblowing workshops which are typical of this region. There is a special area set aside which is devoted to the Christmas season and after your time here, we return to the ship for dinner and the evening’s entertainment. We cruise back to Strasbourg this evening. Day 4 After breakfast you will disembark for the transfer to your connection for the return journey to the UK. HOW TO BOOKChoose your departure date
