Paris is one of the world’s greatest, romantic and most historic cities in the world. The river Seine passes through the centre of this magnificent city and you have time to see some of the most famous places of interest. 
Chateau Vascoeuil was home to one af France’s most noted writers and is a listed historic monument. Now completely restored, the chateau also has one of the most dramatic ‘Dovecote’s in Europe and throughout the year houses many exhibitions.
The city of Rouen once ruled both France and England and was once Europe’s largest and most prosperous city. Throughout the centuries, the city has survived different rulers, pestilence, plagues and wars. Your guided tour will take in the stunning Notre Dame cathedral as well as the world famous ‘astrological clock’.
What could be more pleasant than a walk through one  of the worlds most atmospheric, pretty, historic and painted towns , Honfleur. The town has been attributed to starting the ‘impressionist’ movement and artists throughout generations have come here to capture the towns beauty and atmosphere on canvas.
The Cote Fleurie runs along the northern coast line from Honfleur in the east past Deauvulle and Trouville to Salenelles in the west and your route takes in many of these towns including a Calvados distillery for a visit and tasting. Chateau Chantilly is one of the most stunning chateau in France. Built between 1528 and 1531 the original chateau was destroyed during the French revolution but was rebuilt in the 1870’s. Strangely the chateau was once owned by the english bank Coutts but was bequeathed by the Duc d’ Aumale to the French people on his death in 1897. (Guided tour)
