The Three Star Princes Hotel is located in a quiet Victorian Terrace right next to the the Seafront. The new owners, having taken over the Hotel late last year, have already improved and updated the Hotel and facilities. The main shopping centre is a short walk and all amenities are available on level ground.  This privately owned family run hotel comprises of 48 comfortably furnished guest bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and offer central heating, colour television, hairdryer, direct dial telephone and hospitality tray. There is also a lift to all floors.
HOTEL ENTERTAINMENTS Turkey n’ Tinsel is the theme of your visit to Eastbourne and at Princes Hotel you will be well looked after during your stay. On the day of arrival it is Christmas Eve and a 3 course dinner will be served in the restaurant after which there will be bingo and entertainments. The following day will be Christmas Day and a traditional dinner with all the trimmings will be served by candlelight after which there are festivities and entertainment. Boxing Day follows and once again the hotel will be providing an evening of festive entertainment and your final evening will be New Years Eve with dinner and entertainments and a sing along to ‘Auld Lang Syne’ & mince pies SAMPLE 5 DAY ITINERARY Day 1 Christmas Eve Turkey & Tinsel. Depart from your local pick up point/s and travel south making a stop en-route at a place of interest & lunch. On arrival at the Princes Hotel you will have time to settle in before meeting for a welcome drink of sherry or wine before dinner. There is live entertainment as well as bingo this evening. Day 2 Christmas Day. Father Christmas will arrive today with a gift for everyone after which you will depart for the pretty town of Rye. You will visit the Rye Experience and see 700 years of history brought to life in a fascinating and informative show. You will have some free time to explore and purchase lunch before departing for Hastings. You will have a couple of hours here to explore this ancient settlement that dates back to 1066 and the Norman conquest. Returning to the hotel you will be served afternoon tea and cakes in the lounge. Dinner is served in the restaurant and is the Grand Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings by ‘candlelight’ followed by entertainment and prizes. Day 3. Boxing Day. Today is at your leisure to relax and enjoy your surroundings in beautiful Eastbourne. You might like to visit the lovely shops or stroll along the promenade and visit the historic pier. The shopping area is completely pedestrianised, easy to get to with no steep inclines or cobbles. The evening will include entertainment as well as bingo. Day 4 New Years Eve. After a leisurely breakfast this morning you will travel along the scenic coast to the cosmopolitan seaside town of Brighton. The town is a mixture of regency heritage, specialist shopping, arts & crafts as well as the beachfront, promenade and pier. Brighton also has it’s own Royal Palace, which was the seaside palace of the regent George 1V. The Pavilion houses furniture and works of art including original pieces lent by her Majesty the Queen and a magnificent display of regency silver gilt. Fabulous decorations and magnificent lavish furnishings have been re-created in a 10 million extensive restoration programme. The Queen Adelaide tea rooms have also been restored to their original splendour, which provide an excellent vantage point over the Pavilion Gardens, which have also been restored to their original beauty. You might like to spend some time wandering around the famous ‘lanes’ browsing at some of the many fascinating and ‘quirky’ bohemian shops as well as choosing somewhere for lunch in one of the many lovely restaurants. Dinner this evening has a New Years theme, entertainment and a rousing chorus of Auld Lang Syne with mince pies too. Day 5. Sadly it is time to leave Eastbourne for the journey home. But en-route you will have a stop at Tulley’s Farmshop and Tea Room near Crawley where you can have some lunch and browse through the farm shop which has a wide choice of lovely local produce and some last minute gifts you may want to buy.
