Ms Shauna Potts & Simon Ayers have over 25 years experience in the group travel business. Shauna and Simon have lived and worked in countries throughout Europe as well as the United States & Australia and have worked as guides, representatives and even hotel managers during the early part of their careers.

In more recent years they have utilised their knowledge and experience working in operational, sales and administrative capacities with a number of well known UK based tour operators.

Shauna & Simon, as the owners of Simply Groups, have been successfully tailor making and operating private tours for a wide variety of groups for over 8 years. The company has no aspirations of becoming a large and impersonal tour operator as the service they offer to all of their clients is paramount. This can only be provided as a result of close & regular contact with each organiser and both Shauna and Simon genuinely enjoy this relationship. They understand that it is vital that clients feel comfortable and confident in our abilities to provide them with exactly what they require.

Joanne Wood and Kathryn Latta work alongside Shauna in operations, assisting with tailor making each tour to suit our clients needs. This is the engine room where the 'i' are dotted and 't's' crossed to ensure that every aspect of your tour has  been booked and confirmed in writing. Where your ticket packs are meticulously compiled that provide each member of the group with comprehensive information about every aspect of the tour.

Sue Harris joined the team last year and is a fully qualified accountant ahd she deals with accounts and make sure that our business partners both in the UK and on the continent are remunerated as per the terms and conditions of our bookings. A sometimes complex and time consuming task that is professionally managed and overseen.
