Sample Itinerary

Day 1 - Travelling from the UK to Croatia by way of your preferred mode of transport.

Day 2 - A Dubrovnik guided city tour introduces thisUNESCO listed ancient town to you. It is a treasure trove of architectural and cultural masterpieces which has been preserved over the centuries. Visits will include The Dominican Monastery and Museum and The Franciscan Monastery Museum with its 14th century pharmacy. Travelling along the coastal highway by coach, you will have a panoramic view of Dubrovnik’s city walls and ancient rooftops.

Day 3 - Explore the rich cultural heritage of history of Dubrovnik further todaywith visits to the Rector's Palace, the Cathedral and its Treasury, the Synagogue and a walk along the city walls.

Day 4 - Montenegro Littoral has stunning natural beauty and a wealth of historical sites. This tour travels to the mouth of the Bay of Kotor, through some of the most beautiful parts of the area, to the towns of Risan and Perast. These boast some of the best Baroque architecture in the Adriatic. Kotor is a splendid medieval town dating from the 12th century and is now a UNESCO site. Cetinje has its place in history as once being the ruling seat of Montenegro.

Day 5 - Mostar’s full day excursion introduces the varied cultures and religions which have left their mark over the centuries. We travel through the mountainous region of Herzegovina, stopping briefly above the Deransko Lake before continuing along the Neretva River Valley to Mostar. A guided tour here explores the city’s highlights including an old Bazaar and the Mosque. We return via Pocitelj, a picturesque fortress town rich in oriental architecture.

Day 6 - Trsteno - Take a relaxingstroll through the botanical garden of the Arboretum with its exotic vegetation and plants, including giant plane trees, palms and camphor trees. Ston was one of the first towns in Europe to be built to a definitive urban plan and has 5km of stone walls. It also has an ancient Saltpan where salt is still produced and a famous oyster and mussel farm.

Day 7 - Returning to the UK by your preferred mode of transport.
